Past Performance
Ibom Tropicana Project, Uyo
2010 – A N34 billion multi-agency project conceived by Silverbird in partnership
with the Uyo government, comprising a cineplex, mall, hotel, convention
center and theme park. Included full masterplan for the 85-hectare site and
detailed design of all the structures. First phase was between 2010 – 2014.
The second phase is to begin in 2024.
Jeremiah Ugwu Apartments
2016 – Redesign and construction of 8 no 3-bed apartments and 4 no 2-bed marionettes. Located in Lekki phase 1.

2023 – This scheme is located just off Lekki Phase 1 and is developed in partnership with a local developer. It consists of 120 housing units for the middle-income market. Facing the Atlantic is an eight-storey building accommodating 72 luxury apartment units. (In Progress).
