Over the years, Silverbird Properties have carried out a wide range of projects, including The Silverbird Galleria in Lagos; Silverbird Entertainment Centre, Abuja; The Communications Tower, Abuja; Silverbird Mall in Port Harcourt, a palatial villa in Asokoro, Abuja; and the Ibom Tropicana Project in Uyo (comprising of a cineplex, shopping center, hotel, theme park and convention center). We have also recently embarked on construction of residential estates. Below is a snapshot of some of the projects undertaken and those in process.
Stratosphere
A 65-storey building located in the heart of Eko Atlantic. An apartment-hotel with luxury residential units.

Jeremiah Ugwu Apartments
Redesign and construction of 8 no 3-bed apartments and 4 no 2-bed marionettes. Located in Lekki phase 1. (Completed 2016
Ibom Tropicana Project, Uyo
This was a large multi-agency project conceived by Silverbird in partnership with the Uyo government, comprising a cineplex, mall, hotel, convention center and theme park. Initiated in 2010 and partially completed by 2014, we have been recalled to complete the final phases.
Maiyegun Residential Scheme
This scheme is located just off Lekki Phase 1 and is developed in partnership with a local developer. It consists of 120 housing units for the middle-income market. Facing the Atlantic is an eight-storey building accommodating 72 luxury apartment units.
